1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition as received

    • In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags

  • Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, including:

    • Opened cosmetics or personal care products

    • Opened baby bottles or feeding accessories

2. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number, photos of the damage/defect, and a brief description.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund as soon as possible.

3. How to Return an Item

  2. Package the item securely in the original packaging.

  3. Include any original receipts, invoices, or accessories.

  4. Drop off the package at the designated courier or arrange a pickup if applicable.

4. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for items of equal value.

  • Contact our support team to confirm stock availability and initiate the exchange process.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund within the stated time frame, first check your bank account or payment provider.
